We aim to provide a smooth and transparent delivery experience across India.
1️⃣ Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to:
✔ All major cities across India
✔ All states & union territories
✔ Metro, urban, and semi-urban areas
✔ PIN codes covered by our courier partners
We do NOT ship internationally at this time.
2️⃣ Shipping Charges
✔ Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping across India on most prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
If COD is enabled on your website:
- COD charges may apply depending on location
- COD availability depends on courier coverage
3️⃣ Order Processing Time
After receiving your order, we verify and begin processing within:
24–48 hours (working days)
Processing steps include:
- Order confirmation
- Prescription verification (if applicable)
- Lens manufacturing (for prescription orders)
- Product quality check
- Packing & dispatch
We do not process orders on:
- Sundays
- National holidays
- Public holidays
4️⃣ Delivery Timelines
🕶 Non-Prescription Products (Frames, Sunglasses)
Delivery time: 3–5 working days
👓 Prescription Eyewear (Frame + Custom Lenses)
Delivery time: 5–7 working days
(Lens processing takes time depending on power and customization.)
📦 Remote Locations / Smaller Towns
Delivery may take 7–10 working days, depending on courier reach.
🚨 Delay Notice
Delivery delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Weather conditions
- Courier operational delays
- Festivals or holidays
- Incorrect/Incomplete address
We always try to deliver as fast as possible.
5️⃣ Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
✔ You will receive an SMS/Email notification
✔ Tracking details and courier partner info will be shared
✔ You can track your order directly on the courier’s website
If you do not receive tracking details within 72 hours, please contact us.
6️⃣ Prescription Lens Orders
Orders containing custom prescription lenses require:
- Power verification
- PD measurement
- Lens cutting
- Frame fitting
- Quality inspection
This can add 1–2 extra days to the processing time.
Prescription eyewear is made exclusively for your eyes and is non-returnable.
7️⃣ Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
If delivery fails due to:
❌ Incorrect address
❌ Unreachable phone number
❌ Customer unavailability
❌ Incomplete address provided
The order may:
- Be returned to us
- Require re-shipping (extra charges may apply)
Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
8️⃣ Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears:
- Opened
- Damaged
- Tampered
- Wet
- Mismatched with your order
PLEASE:
- Do NOT accept the package
- Record a video or click photos immediately
- Contact us within 24 hours
We will arrange:
✔ Replacement
OR
✔ Refund (if eligible)
Unboxing video may be required for damaged product claims.
9️⃣ Lost or Undelivered Orders
In rare cases where a package is:
- Lost in transit
- Marked delivered but not received
- Stuck without movement
We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
If confirmed lost:
✔ Full refund OR replacement will be provided
No additional cost is charged to the customer.

Courier partner is chosen based on your PIN code.
