3️⃣ Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successful:

You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS
Payment receipt is generated automatically
Order processing begins immediately

If payment fails but money is deducted:

Razorpay automatically processes a refund within 5–7 working days
You may contact us if you have concerns

4️⃣ Pricing & Billing

✔ Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST.

✔ Shipping is free on most orders (unless mentioned).

✔ No hidden charges.

✔ Final price at checkout = Product Price + Taxes (if any) + Shipping (if applicable).

If there is a pricing error:

We will inform you
You can cancel or modify the order
Incorrect pricing orders may be cancelled

5️⃣ Refunds for Online Payments

If your order is eligible for a refund (as per our Refund Policy):

7️⃣ Failed, Pending or Duplicate Transactions

If your payment shows:

Usually updates within 30 minutes.

❗ Money deducted but order not created

Refund is auto-triggered by Razorpay.

❗ Duplicate Payment

Email or WhatsApp us with:

Order ID
Payment ID (from Razorpay SMS/email)
Registered phone number

We will verify and issue a refund for the duplicate amount.

8️⃣ Invoice & GST Billing

You will receive a digital invoice containing:

✔ GST breakdown
✔ Order number
✔ Date of purchase
✔ Store information

For GST invoice requests:

Share your GST number within 24 hours of order placement
GST invoice cannot be changed after dispatch
