This Warranty & Service Policy outlines the terms under which we offer warranty, repair assistance, and after-sales support for products purchased from our:

1️⃣ Overview of Warranty
All eyewear products sold at Divya Optical are covered under:
✔ Manufacturer’s Warranty (where applicable)
✔ Store Service Guarantee (up to 7–30 days depending on category)
Warranty coverage varies based on:
- Product type
- Brand/manufacturer
- Lens type
- Usage conditions
We provide honest, transparent, and customer-focused support throughout the warranty period.
2️⃣ Warranty on Frames
Most frames purchased from us include:
✔ 7-Day Store Warranty
Covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Loose joints
- Alignment issues detected shortly after purchase
✔ Brand/Manufacturer Warranty (if applicable)
Some branded frames offer:
- 6 months warranty
- 1 year warranty
Coverage varies by brand and includes only manufacturing defects, not physical damage.
❌ Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- Physical damage/breakage due to misuse
- Accidental drops
- Heat/sun exposure damage
- Wear and tear
- Chemical damage (perfume, sanitizer, sprays)
- Colour fading due to use
- Bending due to mishandling
3️⃣ Warranty on Sunglasses
Sunglasses (non-prescription) include:
✔ 7-Day Warranty for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Hinges/temple alignment issues
- Lens coating defects at the time of purchase
❌ Warranty Excludes:
- Scratches from use
- Broken frames
- Lens damage due to improper cleaning
- Accidental damage
- Water/sweat-related issues
4️⃣ Warranty on Prescription Lenses
Prescription lenses are custom-manufactured as per your power and therefore have limited warranty.
✔ Warranty Covers:
- Coating defects (anti-glare, blue-light, UV, etc.) within 7–15 days of purchase
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect lens fitting (only if error is on our side)
❌ Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- Scratches due to cleaning with cloth/shirt
- Damage caused by falling or impact
